Who's paying for the pricey lawyer?

To the editor:

(re: “Dinowitz argues he has immunity in defamation case,” Feb. 15)

Here are some questions regarding the long-running defamation suit against Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz.

Is high-priced attorney Charles Moerdler representing Mr. Dinowitz “pro-bono”? Is the Assemblyman paying him with his own out-of-pocket funds?

If not, where is the money coming from?
