To the editor:

I would like to thank the estimated 200 community members who packed into our small newly branded space on April 4.

We unveiled 505BX, located at 505 W. 236th St., in grand style with a red carpet, Gallery 505 art exhibit, live music, delicious food and drinks, and 505BX tote bags. All of this took place in our recently upgraded indoor and outdoor space with a new awning, furnishings, and a rock garden.

The highlight of the evening and main attraction was our first Gallery 505 art exhibit, “Everywhere You Look,” featuring the work of local artist Jordan Moss. Jordan’s exhibit runs through May 17.

Our next exhibit will feature the work of Sandra Ayala, and her opening event is scheduled for June 2. Save the date.
